AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND DECORATIVE CONCRETE UNIVERSITY
Decorative Concrete University (DCU), an online learning platform owned and operated by The Concrete Protector®, provides access to educational content, tools, and resources related to decorative concrete. By accessing or using the DCU website or its services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”) and The Concrete Protector®.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
DCU and The Concrete Protector® reserve the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the DCU platform constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.

USE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES
DCU may offer interactive features such as forums, community groups, live chat, or messaging (“Communication Services”). You agree to use these services responsibly. You must not:
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Post illegal, obscene, or inappropriate content
- Upload malicious software or violate intellectual property rights
- Use bots or scripts to scrape data from the platform. Including AI large language learning models.
The Concrete Protector® reserves the right to monitor, moderate, and remove content or users at its sole discretion, and may disclose information as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
USER SUBMISSIONS
By submitting content (feedback, comments, uploads, etc.) to DCU, you grant The Concrete Protector® and its affiliates the right to use, modify, reproduce, and display such content for educational, marketing, or operational purposes. You warrant that you have the rights to share such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
EDUCATIONAL CONTENT & COPYRIGHT
All course materials, videos, text, downloads, and proprietary tools made available through DCU are the property of The Concrete Protector® and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. These materials are provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any DCU content without prior written consent from The Concrete Protector®.
COURSE PURCHASES & ACCESS
Purchasing a course grants you a non-transferable, limited license to access the materials for personal educational use. DCU reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or restrict access to any course at any time. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the published policies at the time of purchase.

The educational content provided by DCU is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or technical advice.
