Do I need experience in the decorative concrete industry?
While experience in the decorative concrete industry is helpful, we also work with many who are brand new to the industry. By enrolling in our Decorative Concrete Courses, you will obtain the knowledge and support needed to get started with your business.
How do I enroll in courses?
You have two options:

Do I get a certificate when I complete a course?
Yes. Upon completing a course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion that you can download and share with clients or add to your professional credentials. View your certificates on your account page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Customer and Client plans include a 7-day free trial, so you can explore everything and decide if it’s the right fit. Cancel before your trial ends at no cost. (The Free Forever plan is always free.)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and process payments securely through our platform.
Will my membership auto-renew?
Yes. Memberships automatically renew on your billing date (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
Can I switch from individual courses to a membership later?

How long does it take to complete a course?
The benefit about online learning is you can control the pace of the course. We encourage you to learn at your own pace, and recommend reviewing the lessons multiple times, to achieve the best results for installation. Once you have enrolled in the course you have 12 months to complete it.
Can I retake courses or rewatch videos?
Absolutely. You can revisit any lesson, rewatch videos, and retake quizzes as many times as needed.
Can I access courses on my phone or tablet?
Yes! DCU is fully accessible on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Learn from the job site, your office, or home—wherever works best for you.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime directly through your account page under the subscriptions tab. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Once canceled, you’ll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
