Course Description: Training Class Preparation
This course walks you through everything needed to prepare for and follow up on training classes. You’ll learn how to create sign-in and check-in sheets, design personalized name tags, and prepare customized certificates of completion to recognize participant achievement. The course also covers coordinating and placing lunch orders—ensuring timely delivery and accommodating dietary preferences—as well as a step-by-step guide to uploading trainee certificate photos as HubSpot contact profile pictures after class. By the end, you’ll be able to confidently handle every detail of training class preparation, from setup to post-class follow-up.
