HubSpot Training Series

This series walks the Sales Team through the core tools and workflows in HubSpot. You’ll learn how to respond to incoming chats, locate and submit the Order Request Form, and create a company while attaching contacts. The series also covers connecting your Google Calendar and scheduling meetings, accessing the Trainee Attendance Confirmation/Change Forms to confirm attendance and update reservation details—such as dietary restrictions, guest changes, or shirt size adjustments—and using the System Quote Questionnaire to capture every detail needed for accurate quoting and ordering, including system type, Permaflex color, sealer choice, and flake size. By the end, you’ll be able to confidently navigate HubSpot to manage chats, orders, contacts, scheduling, and quotes.
