Today, we’ll walk through the core values that shape our culture and guide the way we work—both with our customers and with one another. These words represent the expectations we hold for ourselves and for each other every single day.

At The Concrete Protector, our four core values are:

The Core Values Recognition Program

The spirit of this program is to recognize when a fellow employee or manager demonstrates one of our core values—whether with a vendor, a customer, or with each other.

Every submitted form places that person’s name into a raffle.

There is no limit to how many times someone can be entered; the more they live out our values, the more opportunities they receive.

The company will award gifts to the names drawn, celebrating those who consistently embody what The Concrete Protector stands for.
