The Four L Feedback Tool is a quick, structured way for DCU users to share their experience after a class, training, or course module. Instead of writing one long open-ended review, users fill in four short boxes: Loved (what worked well), Loathed (what didn’t), Learned (key takeaways), and Longed for (what they wish had been included or improved). Submissions can be anonymous or signed. Once submitted, the feedback is reviewed by DCU staff, who respond directly to suggestions and post updates as improvements are rolled out, so users actually see their input turn into action.
